Flagg Brothers
In November of 2023, I had this wild thought about Flagg Brothers and was the trademark still valid or available. So, I did some research with the United States Patent and Trademark office, and guess what I found out? The Flagg Brothers trademark expired February 16th of 2008.
So, I had this idea to see if I could register the Flagg Brothers trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark office. In November of 2023, that's what I did.
With some hard work and perseverance, (and not having to hire an attorney), the trademark was approved and published by the United States Patent and Trademark Office in August of this year. (2024) Because of that, we will usher in a new era with Flagg Brothers. It has also been registered with the State of Ohio as a business and I received my EIN number from the IRS. I also got my vender’s license for online retail sales. I was fortunate enough back in the day to enjoy what Flagg Bros meant to a culture and what they had to offer.
